Just what are the Benefits of Submitting Articles to E-Zines

E-zine advertising is perhaps one of the most underused forms of promotion. It is a good idea to do your homework, before launching your viral marketing campaign. Article writing and publishing has become the latest buzz in the internet website marketing world. The name of the game as far as Internet marketing

These five strategies will vastly increase your article writing speed. If you just follow these tactics, you'll start pumping out articles every ten minutes. I promise.

6 strategic ways to make a successful article in less than 10 minutes

  1. Writing in bullet points is a great way to write article faster. Instead of trying to think of a way to make a sentence that connects your last sentence to the next one, you can just put up a bullet point. This is a fast way to write an article, and readers love it when you use bullet points.

  2. Using the backspace button will decrease your articles submission rate. Try your best not to use the back space. The more you use it, the slower your article writing becomes. The backspace button is your enemy!

  3. Do not write rough drafts and brain storms. This will decrease your article writing time. By the time your done writing the brainstorm and rough draft, you could have already written more than 5 articles waiting to be submitted. So don't write rough drafts or articles. This vastly decreases your article writing time.

  4. Writing without thinking is one of the best ways to write a fast article. Don't stop to think if your last sentence was good or not. Chances are that it was good enough. Just write and don't think about what to write about. Just do it. Let your subconscious flow through your fingertips and let your hands write you a successful article.

  5. Write about something that you know about. Writing about something you have that absolutely no idea what it's about will increase your writers block and decrease your articles submission time. Write about something you know!

  6. Split up your subject into sub topics. The more sub topics you have, the better. Then once your done breaking it up, start writing about each sub topic. This is a great way to write a fast article because your not trying to squeeze in every ounce of information about your subject. Your just trying to write small fragments about your subject.

This article only took me 8 minutes to write and now I am going to be working on my next one. Just follow these strategies, and your article writing speed will vastly increase!

Online marketing starts with your website

Internet marketing allows you to reach a global audience. Internet marketing is marketing your business online. Online marketing starts with your website; make sure its attractive and easy to use. When they need information, modern-day consumers turn first to the Internet. All of your online marketing will make sure they will find

Have you ever wondered how can you possibly figure out how to market your Internet business when youre bombarded with so much conflicting information? Lots of how to advice applies to many online businesses.

But avoiding common marketing mistakes will work for EVERY business. If you make even ONE of these mistakes, youre leaving money on the table:

Mistake #1: Believing, You can make a fortune online while you sleep.

This mistake has a sidekick or two: Make millions in just 2 hours a day! or Give us a month; never work another full day again! and Make a living working less than 2 hours a day! These are tempting; theyre all dangerous.

But these promises arent the most amazing part - whats outrageous is the number of people who buy into them with their time, their money and their hearts.

Avoid Mistake #1: Ignore pie-in-the-sky promises youll have to spend serious time on a serious Internet business.

Mistake #2: Believing, You can support yourself online with just a small investment.

This headline captures attention, but thats all it does.

Your Internet business is just that a business. Develop a budget you can afford; dont take a risk you cannot. Almost everyone loses some money along the way to making their business successful. Plan for that.

Avoid Mistake #2: Spend a realistic amount of money to grow your business.

Mistake #3 Get in on the opportunity youre excited about FAST before its too late.

For an Internet marketer, this is probably the worst piece of advice. These pyramid-like business opportunities sound too delicious to be true, and they are. Its never too late to begin with a solid business opportunity, and they are likely to generate profits whenever you set up shop.

Avoid Mistake #3: Do your homework before you do anything else!

Mistake #4: Having no marketing plan.

With a little help, anyone can write one. Get started by making lists: a daily task list, a weekly to-do list, monthly benchmarks, and so on. Figure out what you need to do every day to get the number of emails out, flyers distributed, ads placed, press releases written, and articles published to achieve your goals.

Avoid Mistake #4: Outline your battle plan and follow it to the letter.

Mistake #5: Not getting enough visitors to click on your site.

Im sure youve read story after story about people who make mega-bucks on just a few hundred hits a day. Yes, its possible you could break the records, too. But its quite unlikely you ever will.

If you build your website, they will NOT come. Youve got to push them there.

Avoid Mistake #5: Use as many methods as you can to drive traffic to your site.

Mistake #6: Sending out sales and recruiting emails all day long.

Some say marketing is a Numbers Game. Is it? Not exactly.

You can calculate the number of prospects you must have to get the number of hits you need to get the number of click-throughs necessary to end up with enough visitors who read your sales message. From there, you can determine how many visitors you need to convert one into a paying customer.

Everyone needs to know their conversion rate, but its not about pushing tons of warm bodies to your site. Its about getting the RIGHT eyes to examine your offer.

Avoid Mistake #6: Get as many targeted leads as you can afford.

Mistake #7: Using weak headlines.

Weak headlines are deleted or ignored. If theyre going to bother to read your copy, youd better knock em down flat to get their attention first. Dont spend more time writing sales copy than on writing an attention-grabbing headline. If your headline makes someone open your message or web page, youre well on your way to making a sale.

Avoid Mistake #7: Learn how to write irresistible headlines.

Mistake #8: Not building a personal prospect list.

The mere fact that someone came to your website, and maybe even skimmed it, is a victory for you! Why let them click away? Make your traffic generating investment worth its weight in gold.

If you wouldnt dream of asking someone for their email address because you just hate doing that, youre trading principles for profits. You probably have a WEALTH of information about your niche that your visitor would gladly release their email address to receive.

Avoid Mistake #8: Provide an opt-in mechanism on your site so you can follow-up with every prospect.

Mistake #9: Once a prospect becomes a customer, theyre yours.

Wrong! People are fickle, they constantly search for greater value, and they wont be loyal to you especially online. On the Internet, its fast and easy to click onto the next guys offer and then the next guys.

After all the time, energy and resources youve invested in getting them to purchase from you, dont ignore them after making the sale.

Avoid Mistake #9: Dont drop your paying customers from your marketing plan.

Do you have the fervor for writing? Do you want to get paid for doing something that you love to do? Your passion for writing can actually be used to your advantage in the so-called article marketing strategy in advertising your business.

Choose an interesting topic that is related to your respective business, research about it and write a resourceful article about your researched topic. Focus on popular subjects that you very well know people will be looking for in the Internet. And, include highly ranked keywords and Meta tags that will increase the possibility of having your article (as well as your website) included in the top list of search engine results.

Furthermore, here are some more specific secrets that will help you maximize your writing skill in bringing good fortune and profit to you and your business.

1. Write to only one person.

Your article should definitely target a pretty large number of readers. However, when you are writing your article, try to picture only one person whom you will address your article to. This makes your article more amiable, thereby keeping the attention and interest of your readers.

2. Make use of white spaces.

White spaces in an article can actually be beneficial by making your work appear more professional and a lot easier to read.

Too lengthy paragraphs may seem boring and uninteresting, especially for skim readers.

3. Proofread your articles.

Check your articles for any misspelled words and other grammatical errors.

Go over and read out loud your article at least twice to ensure that it is free of any inappropriately used words or syntax.

4. Make the most of constructive criticisms.

Ask what others have to honestly say or comment about your articles, accepting their feedbacks, and using them constructively can help you become a better writer.

Continue to do well on areas where you have received compliments and improve on your weak points. And if there is a need for you to change your writing style, do not be afraid to so. Even the most negative criticisms or feedbacks can be beneficial to you if you see them in a constructive way.

5. Try writing about different things.

There may be times that you feel like you can only write articles about a certain topic. This is just normal. However, this must not hinder you from trying other writing styles and tackling about different subjects that may be entirely new to you. Doing so will help develop your writing skills.

6. Never forget your resource box.

You may submit your articles in your affiliate article directories, ezines, and other online publishers. In these cases, you must always include a resource box in your articles, which must contain your site?s URL address.

This link will help redirect your affiliates? Subscribers and guests to your business site, and hopefully make them interested enough to buy the products or services that you are offering.

Articles are effective and convenient marketing tools in the Cyber world today. And you should not be afraid to use your writing skills in earning and making your business a big success.

Just what are the Benefits of Submitting Articles to E-Zines

E-zine advertising is perhaps one of the most underused forms of promotion. It is a good idea to do your homework, before launching your viral marketing campaign. Let's face it people. Your articles title means everything. Why? It helps you get a higher page ranking. It's what gets your viewers to view your content. Most people who search something on the internet, look at the title, not the teaser copy, or the summary. Viewers base their clicks on titles! So how do you write a good title for your article?

Your title needs to have some sort of catch. So here is a list on how you can get your articles title to catch your viewers to read it

  1. Put your article's keyword into your article. This tells the reader that your article actually has something about the subject they're searching on. Also, if you put your keyword into your title, search engines give you a higher page ranking. So use your keyword in all of your articles titles!

  2. Adding a number to your articles title can be very powerful. Numbers make an article look more fast paced and straight to the point. When people look at your article, they will tend to click on the article that has a number on it.

  3. You can shock your audience with your title. This can be done by saying, Your Marketing Tactics Suck! People will click on your article more because it catches their attention.

  4. Put your articles keyword in the first 3 words of your title. Search engines love it!

That's all there is to creating an article title that will get your readers attention, and get your articles clicked on. Just follow this guideline, and your article marketing will soon skyrocket to success and beyond!

Three Things You Must Do Before You Submit To Article Directories

To all writers and non-writers out there, now is the time to start digging up those creative writing skills. With modern communication technology comes the popularity of information-based marketing, which is one of the oldest and most effective techniques in getting targeted prospects to sites and converting them into buyers. This is

If you are just getting started with article marketing, or if you are still learning about article marketing, begin on the right foot. Here are seven simple rules you must know (and apply) in your article marketing campaign.

Rule #1: Make a plan. Before you begin writing articles, sit down and set a few goals for yourself. Know what your purpose is for marketing with articles.

Rule #2: Create a list of directories. Knowing where to submit your articles will save you time. Decide where you'll submit your articles. Create an account at each website and bookmark it.

Rule #3: Gather article ideas. You should never wait until you think you're ready to write a few articles to compile ideas. Jot down ideas you have every day. Keep a small notebook handy to write your ideas in. When you're ready to write articles, you'll have a miniature gold mine of ideas waiting for you.

Rule #4: Write fast. Lots of writers struggle over writing a perfect copy the first time around. Forget about it. Write fast, letting your thoughts flow onto the page. Once you're finished with your draft you can edit as much as you like.

Rule #5: Check spelling, grammar and word count. Before you submit your article to any directory, be sure you run a spelling and grammar check on the document. If you tend to forget to do this, write yourself a reminder on a sticky note and place it on your monitor screen.

Rule #6: Include a well-written resource box. This is the most important, and often most overlooked, part of the article marketing process. Always include a resource box with your articles that creates a call of action to your readers.

Rule #7: Be consistent. You can't write a handful of articles and expect huge results. Article marketing requires persistence and consistency. Plan long-term and you'll start getting amazing results from your article marketing efforts.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

If you know how to use article marketing to promote your website, you can be sure of a stream of traffic for years to come. Article marketing is not yet fully understood as being one of the best ways to advertise your website: even better than pay per click advertising.

Let's first look at the benefits, and then what you must do to achieve them. If you write an article that is relevant to your website or theme of your niche, then you can either publish it on your website as a web page, or submit it to article directories. If you take the former route, and publish your article on your own website, then the search engines will regard it as good fresh content and give the page on your website that it is published the benefit for that in the listing for that page.

This might not be enough to guarantee anybody ever finding your page, since it might be one of another million using the same keyword and topic. That does not mean to say that you should not do it, since your web page listing (Google lists individual web pages, not complete web sites) is determined by a large number of factors of which freshness and relevant content are only two. They are, however, two necessary factors to include in your whole website design if you are using search engine optimization as a major part of your traffic generation strategy.

On the other hand, if you submit your article for publishing on article directories, and the article is approved, then it can do a lot more for you that if it were only on your own website. Article directories generally allow you what is known as an 'author's resource box', in which you can provide some information about yourself and a link to your website. You can use that link to your advantage.

If your article is interesting or authoritative enough for a reader to want to know more about what you have written, then you should provide them with a way of doing so. You do this through your use of your resource box. Make a statement to the effect that 'For more information on this subject, check out 'myname's' website on 'xxxx.com'. For 'xxxx.com' provide a URL that leads the reader directly to a page on your site that provides more information on that topic.

That page must be relevant to the topic. If you have written an article about emeralds, don't lead them to a page on sapphires, or even your gemstones home page. It must be emeralds. That page must also include an opt-in form, or even be a squeeze page designed to secure their email address and first name. Never let anybody visit any page on your website and leave without you seducing their name and email address from them. You must build up an email list of people interested in gemstones in general so that you can keep in contact with special offers from time to time.

This is using article marketing to its best advantage because here is what you have just achieved with very little work other that writing an article. First, you have published the URL to a page on your site that any reader can click to visit your website. This is exactly what you have to work so hard to achieve on search engines like Google, and pay so much for on pay per click advertising programs such as Adwords. Yet by writing an article you get it free!

Now only that, but Google regards a link back to your site from another website as indicating the importance of the page to which the other site is linked. That improves your listing position on Google. Every article directory that accepts your article also provides you with a one-way link back to the web page you have stated in your resource box URL.

However, that is not the end of it! Many people who are unable to write their own content copy articles from directories to their own sites. They are allowed to do this as long as they also include the author's name and resource box. This provides you not only with another one way link back to your website, but also with more opportunities for visitors to the other site to click on your link.

In order to achieve all of these benefits however, your article must be well written and provide information that is useful to the person reading it. Make sure that you keep spell checking because readers will think that if you are sloppy with your spelling then you might be sloppy with your information. Poor grammar is also something you should try to avoid, although you are not expected to be perfect. Spelling is more important than grammar, although to write "John and me is working on the similar thing" does not provide a lot of confidence to the reader in your abilities.

If English is not your language, or if you are not sure about your writing abilities, have your articles written by a ghostwriter. The benefits that articles give you are well worth the effort, and if you learn how to use article marketing to promote your website, then there is no reason why you should not succeed in driving lots of traffic to your chosen web pages.

Article Marketing on the Internet is a whole different story

Article Marketing on the Internet is a whole different story because of the way your articles reach humans who have an interest in them. Article Marketing will help you increase your link popularity, search engine positioning for your keywords and phrases, and it helps you reach more potential customers for your products or services.

Business owners employ all kinds of strategies to get desired results in the highly-competitive world of online marketing. The key is to drive in targeted traffic to your website and then get the visitors converted into customers. For this to happen, you need an appealing website along with competent brand promotion strategies.

Most businesses today are aiming at optimising their websites for encouraging search engine optimisation results. Paid advertising, affiliate marketing and email marketing are some of the other most commonly used techniques by marketers. However, it is imperative to note here that most of these techniques involve the use of money in some or the other way.

Here lies the importance of article writing as a means of promoting a site. Highly effective, inexpensive and easily manageable, this strategy can truly take your business to new heights. The greatest advantage of writing articles is that you get to reach out to a targeted segment that comprises your potential buyers.

Produce good write-ups and then share or post them on online platforms like article directories and e-zines. By doing so, you ensure that your website is well-exposed in the online marketplace. You can get a link back from the directory where you submit your articles, or else, give information about your company in the resource box. Since link exchange strengthens off-page SEO, this tactic will do a world of good for your site.

More than anything else, these articles are free advertising tools for your website. If you write relevant and informative stuff, you are bound to get noticed, and that too by targeted customers who are looking for related topics. However, a writer has to ensure that his write-ups do not have a marketing touch, because many directories refuse to accept such articles.

One of the most effective means of website promotion is marketing through search engines. Writing articles can help you in this regard. Incorporate important keywords and write search engine friendly articles so as to attract search engine spiders and get your site crawled.

Once you have posted articles and shared them on online forums, you will start getting comments, references and testimonials from web users and webmasters. This will stand your site and business in good stead and further get you high-value traffic.

Good books need good marketing strategies. Writing a good book is not the end of the line for an author. Unless an author has the support of a team of marketers, he will have to involve himself in all the activities of marketing to sell the book, in addition to writing it. Often books that are well written go unnoticed, if they have not been marketed successfully. The successful author often has to take a very active role in promoting his books. Marketing not only involves letting people know about your book, but also getting them to want to buy the book. Listed below are a few strategies that various authors use and benefit from, for marketing their books.

Use Bookstores and Libraries: It is a very basic idea to head down to a local bookstore and request them to stock your book. You could even ask them if you could sign a few books at the store. If possible offer them discounts. The same policy can be followed at libraries. You may even give away a few books free to the libraries.

Online Marketing: You could use the latest technology, Internet, to market your book. The best option is to design a website of your own that will be a part of your online marketing strategy. Your online marketing strategy can include writing an article or book excerpt in content article directories, online discussion on the topic of your book, various quizzes for which you could keep your books as gifts, polls, volunteer for online interviews, and the most important - request online reviews. Many people and bloggers would be interested to express their opinion about your book. Online newsletters are also good tools to create awareness about your book.

Communities on the Net: You can join online communities and groups like Yahoo, MSN and Author's Den, where you would find like-minded people. You should make your presence felt in such community discussions so that others would take interest in your books. Once you post your say, do not forget your signature. You could also identify few bloggers on the Internet interested in your subject. Send them your book as a gift. If they like it they may even mention them in their blogs. You may even request them to blog about the book.

Use press releases: Research your market. You could design a press release and send it to editors of various newspapers and magazines.

Use Flyers: You can have flyers distributed at locations such as libraries, bookshops, conventions etc.

Use radio and TV: Radio interviews are an important part of media strategy. They allow you to promote your book to millions of listeners and viewers across the country. TV can also provide you with good exposure. You only need to be presentable and make an impact on the mind of the readers in the short span of time that you get.

There are many more strategies that you may follow like selling at seminars, conferences, getting the editors to review your books, conducting your own workshop or seminar and so on.

Every writer has to build up his own marketing strategy. Personal involvement in marketing strategy is a major factor to push sales.

Article marketing cannot be more popular these days. Marketers from across the globe agree that this is the most reliable method in generating traffic to their websites, pulling up their search engine rankings, establishing their expertise online, and building trusting relationship with their potential clients.

1. Create an interesting author's bio on leading article submission sites. If you want to build rapport with your potential clients, you need to offer them more than information about your target niche and your products. You also need to impart with them some personal information so they will be able to connect to you on a personal level. Make your author's box compelling by indicating your hobbies, the reason why you write articles, your desire to help, etc. You can also post your most friendly-looking picture so your readers will be able to incorporate the information with a face.

2. Plan ahead. When you sink your teeth into article marketing, you need to understand that this marketing method requires more than writing and submitting your articles. Create a workable plan where you can effectively schedule all the tasks associated with your marketing efforts. Have specific days for writing articles, submitting them online, checking on your progress, and learning advanced tips to help you excel in this field.

3. Write more. Just like any other marketers, I am sure that you are eager to increase the traffic on your website and would be happy to see that happen soon, right? You can easily realize your goals by multiplying the number of your articles. As you know, the number of your inbound links and your online exposure largely depends on your output.

It has always been about being noticed. People dress well or do something bizarre in order to be noticed or make a statement. To get ahead in life or business one needs to be at the top, first in line. Now more often than not, the World Wide Web to functions along the same principles.

With tough competition between websites, articles, and e-commerce sites what makes one more successful than others is the position a site gets on search engines. The higher the ranking the larger the number of hits or traffic to the site. To achieve a higher position websites use the strategy of SEO optimization and content is written such that it is key word dense.

It is not as simple as using words repeatedly you need to know which keywords are relevant to your website and pages. Once you have a master list ensure that :

Match keyword tag with content. Ensure that the keyword meta tag has around 900 characters or 25 words.

Making Money with Your Blog!

A place for finding the Nuts and Bolts for Making Money Online with Affiliate Marketing Business Opportunity!

Writing and submitting articles is an effective marketing strategy to deliver targeted visitors to your website, increase your search engine rankings and boost sales.

However, it is easy to equate article writing with onerous tasks such as writing high school or university essays. The memories of the pain involved in this form of writing can take time to fade away. The good news is that after learning a few simple steps, writing your own articles isn't as hard as it appears.

One of the biggest hurdles most new writers face is finding ideas to write about. The easiest way to begin is to write about things you are interested in and preferably passionate about. You already have knowledge in these areas that can be shared with others. It is easy to under-estimate your own abilities in areas you are experienced in. Talented people are often surprised by the level of questions novices ask (it is important to remember that there is no such thing as a stupid question - only stupid answers).

Once you have decided on a general area, a good way to narrow the topic down is to focus on the problems that people have. Typically, people read articles because they want to be entertained or they want information. Writing entertaining articles is a particular and more difficult skill. However, writing informative articles can be as simple as sharing tips that you have learned. A guiding principle is to expect the readers to be looking for "What's in it for me?

For instance prospects of a local carpet cleaning company were thrilled to receive an article from the company that answered the question most asked by new customers why does it seem like getting my carpets cleaned make them get dirtier faster? This carpet cleaning company identified their prospects main complaint with their competitors, and by providing an informative article that answered that question, they were able to dramatically increase their business with just one mailing!

You may already know the common problems that people have in your particular field, but if not, a good source of information is to look at related online forums and note the most common questions asked. If you don't have all the answers a small bit of research can assist. Often the answers are readily available with a Google search that the readers could do themselves. However, you are adding value and convenience by providing a range of answers in a single document.

Most people don't like to read large documents from the Web, so unlike long essays, articles tend to be around 400 words long. If you break the article into an introduction, a small number of sub-headings and a conclusion you may only have to write about 50 words in each section. The sub-headings may be for authoring purposes only, but if they are relevant they can be left in the final article.

The first draft should be for your eyes only. Don't try to produce a final copy as you write. It tends to be much quicker to get your thoughts down and come back to edit later. The final step in the writing process is to proofread your article making sure that the writing flows and would be interesting to the reader. Ask yourself, 'does the article provide information the potential reader is looking for? It can also be helpful to have someone else proofread the article. This is also the time to remove spelling and grammatical errors.

If you still have problems writing you may want to do a search for 'article writing software'. There are many packages around which can make the process easier. Similarly, there are numerous e-books available on the topic and many of them are available for free.

Once you have written your article you may want to add it to your own website as an item that search engines love - a piece of original content. If you add an 'About the Author' section with a link to your website, you can also submit it to article directories.

As other websites publish your article you receive another thing that search engines look for, one-way back links. Article submission can be a tedious process, but software and websites that can submit to multiple directories in one do exist to make the job much easier.

After writing your first few articles you will find it is not as daunting as it first appears, and it helps to establish YOU as the go-to authority in your field winning you new customers and increased sales as a result!

The first step in article marketing is the submission process. Ezine publishers, article announcement lists and article directories are the most common places for submission. This will accomplish several things.

For starters, you will be considered as an expert in your field. This will establish a trust between you and the readers, as they will be able to value your opinions.

Submitting articles will also allow for greater publicity of your business. Submission requires a resource box to be attached to your article. This contains a link to your website that will be seen by the reader. If the reader wants to know more about what you do, they can simply click to see more.

Article marketing also allows for a non-reciprocal link to your website. This is important for your search engine page rank. Typically, more weight is given to non-reciprocal links in search engine page rankings.

So maybe this all sounds good to you, but you aren't comfortable writing your own articles. If you don't have the writing skills necessary, consider using private label articles. These are becoming more and more popular, and many of such services are available with new ones popping up all the time.

However, there are some specifications that need to be taken seriously. Otherwise the results produced may be problematic

The good thing about private label articles is that they may be able to offer the non-writer a high advantage over other markers. When used properly, they will likely increase your sales, traffic and opt in subscribers.

Be cautious of making the most common mistake known to private label articles: getting lazy. Put it in your mind from the start that copying and pasting the article for submission is a bad idea.

The majority of directory software will automatically do a search in their database to see if the title has been used before. If this is the case with an article that you submit, then yours will be rejected.

So, change the title at the very minimum. It's also recommended to change the wording in the first paragraph.

Another word of caution regards the number of links placed in your article. Many marketers will include so many links that the article just becomes an ad in a longer form. This will definitely get your rejected and maybe banned if it occurs too often.

The purpose of an article is to provide the reader with valuable and useful information. As long as your content is well written, the chances of the reader clicking on your link will increase.
